RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We recommend reading thoroughly our full return policy for detailed terms and conditions prior to your purchase.
RETURN PERIOD
Products can be returned within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the item.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Products cannot be returned in case they were:
- – wearables, sunglasses, or Jaguar / Land Rover Pen;
- – not in a good condition, or not saleable or not merchantable;
- – used already;
- – cannot be wrapped back into their original packaging;
- – sold during promotional periods; or
- – returned by customer with excessive return rates.
RETURN STEPS
1. Contact our customer care team on jlrmerchandise@altayermotorsllc.zendesk.com for a preliminary approval.
2. Wrap the products back in their original packing.
3. Ship back the product or bring it in person to the following address.

4. Returned products are subject to final check once they arrive.
5. Refund will be made by Cheque in Customer's name only and might take up to 14 working days.
* Cost of shipping back the Product shall be paid by the customer (AED 30).
REPLACEMENT
Replacements accepted unless the product is damaged by misuse or mistake by the customer, and subject to the terms above.
DELIVERY
Shipping fees will be calculated on checkout.
